Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and property address.
• Property and job details: the services you ask about, home size, number of windows, photos you send us, and notes you give us.
• Booking and billing records: appointments, quotes, invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Website and messaging data: basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) collected by our website, chat widget and booking tools, plus the messages you send us by text, chat or email.

How we collect it

We collect information when you fill in our estimate or contact forms, chat with us on the website, call, text or email us, book an appointment, or when we visit your property to do the work.

How we use it

• To prepare your estimate and confirm your final quote.
• To contact you about your estimate, quote, booking, appointment reminders, invoices and follow-up after the job.
• To ask for a review once the work is done.
• To send occasional seasonal reminders or offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep business, tax and warranty records.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our website, or otherwise agree to receive texts, we will text you about your estimate, quote, booking and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver our text messages and run our customer system, only so they can provide that service to us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), email and website hosting, payment processing, and our accountant. They may only use it to provide services to us. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to run the chat widget, remember form progress, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

How we protect and keep it

We use reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts with limited access and reputable providers that encrypt data in transit. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as tax and business record rules require. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

• Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it where we are able to.
• Withdraw consent to texts by replying STOP, or to emails using the unsubscribe link.
